March Madness 2012

Tonight was crazy - but at least picking Ohio to upset UMich salvaged my bracket at least temporarily. Need Temple, Michigan State, Kansas, and Xavier to pull out wins today and I'm good.

No more perfect brackets. So many games that should never happened, that actually happened (thanks Lehigh...).

Umad ISB? I wasn't expecting Lehigh to beat Duke, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the Mountain Hawks to register one of the (if not the most) historic upsets in NCAA Tournament history, just 3 hours after Norfolk State toppled Mizzou.
 
Even though I had Duke getting to the Final Four, it makes me very, very happy to see them have a first-round exit.

No, Lehigh's the school in my hometown, Bethlehem, PA. The Southside of town (where the campus is located) was buzzing that night after Lehigh upset Duke.
 
That's probably why I got the idea.

So I'm going to Michigan St. vs Louisville and Marquette vs Florida on Thursday. (My dad won tickets) Anyone looking for upsets there, I'm figuring that both Marquette and Michigan St. will win.
 
I have Marquette going all the way to the National Championship in one of my brackets. (They would've beaten now eliminated Saint Louis University.)

EDIT: But, I have them losing to North Carolina in the National Championship game.
