Here is how to get it if you have the game.
1. Get board features 1-70
2. Complete Mini Game mode with Toad.
This means you have to have 6 wins or more in Free Play
Place 1st in Step it up
Battle Cup
Score Scuffle
Beat Boss Bash once
and Rocket Rascals
You do not have to finish Story mode or have all the badges but you have to have board features 1-70 too. I have seen many other ways on other forums that you don't have to have all the board features but according to Game spot you have to get all features for it to show up and complete Mini game mode with Toad. This is Toad Fountain #71. The board Features are easy to get except for Kamek's bottle the Bowser sign and and the chance trophy from the bowser board. They are the hardest to get in the game. To get the DK statue #42 you have to get 50 or more stars on the DK board. To do this play 30 rounds in Party mode on duel mode. DO NOT BUY ANY STARS WHAT SO EVER. Buy 1 star pipe and get Bowser to land on stars for 5 coins. If it does not work the first time then restart until it does. Then on one of the last 5 turns buy the star. You will have more than 50 stars. I had 89 when I was done and I got it. These are the hardest trophies to get. the DK statue is easy if you know what to do. Oh just concentrate on winning mini games until the last 5 frenzy. I know it will feel really weird when you go across the star space to turn it down but the star is a splurge so it does not matter how many coins you have but you will get as many stars as you can pay for.
