awhile... You have to heal your Pokemon at a pokemon center to find out if it has pkrs.

Careful, if you keep a PKRS pokemon in your party too long, a smiley face will appear next to it in its summary. This means that its PKRS has been lost. Pokemon who used to have PKRS and lost it can never have it again.
but none of my pokemon aren't getting it
You have to keep walking around with both your PKRS-infected pokemon, and the one you WANT to infect, and then heal and see if one of yours gets it. Don't bring anything you DON'T want to infect, because it can infect that pokemon, too. Also check your PKRS pokemon every few minutes to make sure it still has PKRS.
