G GDK Aspiring Trainer Member Aug 14, 2015 #21 The blobs are Zygarde's eyes/hexagon thingies. Look at the promotional poster, you can see zygarde has a white eye where all other are green. Besides when you see the blob from the back it looks like an hexagonal closed eye.
