This is my first attempt at a deck that I plan to use at a local league and local tournaments. Keep in mind that I do not have all of these cards listed, this is really an idea so far.

Pokémon: 15

  • 3 Remoraid 32/162 BKT
  • 3 Octillery 33/162 BKT
  • 3 Regice 24/98 AOR
  • 3 M Glalie EX 35/162 BKT
  • 3 Glalie EX 34/162 BKT

Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums: 33
  • 4 Professor Sycamore
  • 3Archie's Ace in the Hole
  • 4 Dive Ball
  • 3 Battle Compressor
  • 3 VS Seeker
  • 2 N
  • 2 Glalie Spirit Link
  • 1 Teammates
  • 2 Lysandre
  • 3 Judge
  • 3 Rough Seas
  • 3 Ultra Ball

Energy: 12
  • 8 Water Energy
  • 4 Double Colorless Energy

Strategy:

Most of the Trainers in this deck are used to get cards, especially Megas, to the discard pile then use Archie's Ace in the Hole to fish them out. Other trainers are used to find cards in the deck.

With enough damage, M Glalie EX can deal 250 damage with its sole attack. Octillery is used for draw support. Regice helps to deal with Pokémon EX. Judge helps to utilize Glalie EX's Instant Freeze attack for 150 damage. Rough Seas is used to heal/stall.

ultra ball is so much more viable than a free prize deerling, and dive ball does it even better as everything is water here. and oh, rough seas ? helps healing and stalling if you need it !

I would run at least 1 JirachiXY67 promo. Otherwise you auto lose to night march.

I actually had a mate who ran this deck at a regional's a few months ago and got 3-4-0... i think. I would recommend a Manaphy-Ex for free retreat. 4 VS Seekers and 4 Judges are pretty important for this deck if you plan not to worrying about the mega so much and focus on the basic Glalie-Ex.... dealing 170 with a muscle band attached (though its likely muscle band will be rotated in the coming months.... then the mega is looking better than the basic). Max Elixir could help getting a few attacking options ready at once. The biggest problem of this deck is that the meta-game is dominated by none-ex attackers and Glalie-Ex is much better against Ex heavy decks
