My strategy is to stack scizor on bench and have yanmega attack for nothin

I assume you've only got 2 Yanmega Prime, seeing as you've only added two?? If so, reduce the line to 2-2. Then add more Judges to utilize Yanmegas awesome power and attack for free as you set ut your scizor;)

I suggest you read this thread: http://www.pokebeach.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=71871

You really need to change the format of this (considering it looks almost exactly like the bad deck list shown in that thread) or I will be forced to lock this.

dmaster out.

Very interesting deck. I am curious however, do you have to shuffle your deck over and over again when playing? (not having a starter bench Pokémon)

Made some edits for you.
You don't need any grass energy. Instead add Copycat and more Judge.
8 Turns of free attacks with Yanmega Prime.
Skarmory is to set up Scizor. Everything else should be self explanatory.

And for future refernce, try and make your decklist look the one I just made for ya. Easier to read and understand.

Other than that, a pretty good list.

scizor seems more of a 1-1 tech to me... most of the decks in the current metal use Garchomp C Lv X in some way and dont really leave energy laying about on the defending pokemon. 1-1 scizor might be great if Scizor was your only pokemon and they were trying to Dragon Rush you (not sure of the ruling on that).

but i will admit that i am sort of new to competitive play. 6prizes has a nice article about it here:
http://www.http://google.com/.com/card-of-the-day/card-day-scizor-prime-undaunted-ud-84/

if it works good in your league play then dont change it at all because it looks like a lot of fun to play against/with.
