[C][C] Shiny Voice: 20 damage. Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Asleep. If tails, the Defending Pokemon is now Confused.
[P][P][P] Round: 30x damage. Does 30 damage times the number of your Pokemon that have the Round attack.

Weakness: Psychic (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1
wigglytuff and simesitoad have round what else
who have round also and also is it possiable gonna be a good deck??

XD indeed but there is so much pokemon with round move is it by now can be playable in a fun ways ofc

If I ever pulled this, that's probably what it would go to use as. I could also grind it up into regular cardboard and just sell that, because I would get more money than if I sold the card.

This card could not get a lot worse. Every single one of it's stats besides the retreat cost is just utterly dreadful. Sure, you could set up a Seismitoad and do 180 if you fill the bench with this and other Round attackers, but Stage 2 attackers don't work in this format and once the Seismitoad goes down, you can just sweep the Meloettas with ease considering they have a whopping 110 HP.
 
-_- If you want to play Round, use Exploud when it comes out. Meoletta is complete garbage. Exploud does 200 if you have 4 Rounders in play, only costs 1 prize, and is DCE compatible. Meoletta goes to 180 for 6, is an EX, is weak to Psychic, Dark types resist it, and its attack cost 3 Psychic Energy.
 
It's basically like an even worse Mew ex, with the low 110 hp and psychic weakness. It's attacks aren't even good; it's first one will let Mewtwo Ko it for a DCE, and it can just be Switched out of with, well, switch. And I don't think I even need to talk about it's second attack, which costs 3 psychic and requires you to use even more evolutions, like Seismetoad or Wigglytuff to power it up. Please, don't use this. :)
