BW/BW2 Message after loading file?

I'm sure this is not a big deal(as it's been happening for a week and nothing has exploded 'er nothin'), but every time I press A on my file(you know, when you select your file after pressing start on the title screen), a message in a white average text box appears on the top screen and a message that encompasses the whole bottom screen appears. It gives me an option that, I assume, says "yes or no". Does anyone know what this means? I'd also like a way to stop it from appearing. I mean I'm soft reseting for something, and having to press A on one extra message over 3000 times makes SRing take up more time then it should.

I think it's asking you if you want to turn on the C-Gear, so you don't need to turn it off manually when you start.

Yeah its for the C-Gear. If you're saying yes, it will start when you have loaded the file, but if you say no, then it will be off intil you turn it on doing gameplay :3
