In Hs-unleashed there's Metagross sayng hello. Did anyone say He might be a flygon replacement in {P}decks?

psychic float
If your active pokemon has any {P} energy attached, that pokemon retreat's cost is 0

and his 1st attack ain't too shabby

pulse blast 60

and everyone knows what double leg hammer does. All in all he's a flygon replacement in psychic decks and a good sniper to two pokemon. He's gonna stay around for a long time like claydol.

hes not good.
psychic decks have this really super awesome stadium called moonlight stadium that is about 8739r874984t333 times better then playing a tech flygon.
just so you know

What he said.

And guess what else? Metagross helps get rid of those BTS that you don't want around after you've used them to your advantage. I didn't hear anything about Metagross doing that.

Metagross isn't a bad pokemon. 60 for a DCE is nice. And if you're using it as a retreat tech only, you don't have to waste an energy on him like you do with flygon. You can put that energy on your attacker instead. Granted flygon does more damage and is a lot more versitile.

Also, moonlight doesn't let you retreat heavy hitters that aren't psychic. You just need a few psychic energy in your deck.

I still like flygon, but metagross has its place too.

metagross is dual sniping tech, FOR monstrous metagross deck's, nuff sed. cya

Ok Mr. Pro see if that works in say just over 3 months and try sniping with moonlight combined with the say battle set Jirachi your looking at devo kills all round

warp point, and then stadium stomping glalie pwn's moonlight and then all you have to say is @$#%&#@# (bad word's I don't want to say on a public forum), and then.... you have no way to pull bad your 3 retreat tyranitar, fprime or whatever, buzzing. but seriously metagross offer's more then just it's body (I thank you), it's dual snipe tech with ebelt and miasma is more consistent then REL's thunder fall, not to mention that in a heavy hitter deck with dce it could do a fast t1 80 with ebelt and rare candy, if anything I would say that this card is a good tech and support heavy hitter and attacker card then anything else, it's body come's in handy, but don't rely on it to much in alot of deck's. cya

I think that Metagross is pretty meh. Flygon is still better, the only thing I like about it is if you could Rare Candy then DCE, that would be awesome.

I dont know why, but I dont like it... it is not awesome... For me is a regular character

Yeah, t1 rare candy beldum, DCE, e-belt him and 80 damage! That's a type of pown even a sp deck can't deny. Though the chances of that happening are very low... Still, imo he's pretty good.

ok i will bro
but seeing as how its this format how about you agree with me sinc eim 100% right? lol

The problem with metagross as as a sniping tech is that it takes 3 exactly psychic energy. Which means you basically have to run him in a pure psychic deck. You can't even use call energy with him. And even after gettting three energy, it still does less than PT blastoise, which can use rain dance.

you aren't 100% right, its not advisable but you could tech Metagross in any deck for free retreat without giving him the energy for the retreat, stadiums are easily countered a 130hp tech isn't

Of course he costs resources but he aint a 1 trick pony like Moonlight, and also claydol costs resources you gonna stop playing him before rotation (I don't think you will)
