Damage done by attacks to the Pokemon that Metal Energy is attached to is reduced by 10 (after applying Weakness and Resistance). Ignore this effect if the Pokemon that Metal Energy is attached to isn't {M}. Metal Energy provides {M} Energy. (Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)

Well, the Old Metal Energy has a different effect compare to New Metal Energy. So, is the Old Metal Energy legal?

Same goes with Darkness Energy and any other reprint of a Wizards-age card. If it was reprinted in a Modified format, you MUST follow the Most Recent Printing rule.

Can the effects of metal and darkness energy accumulate? For instance, 2 metal energies attached = 20 reduced damage?
