Basic mega deck with scizor. Attack and disrupt with mega while setting up scizor. We wanted to try out scizor since he's a cool poke'! Thanks to X_empoleon_X for some help! Anybody else want to add to the deck?
Strat: start with yanma and mega while setting up scizor. If the hand size isn't same, retreat to scizor and attack. Special metal should keep him alive for a while( unless fires around!) Disrupt! If a fire deck, use zorark to ko with plus powers

Pokemon: 17
4 scyther (ud)
4 scizor (Prime)
3 Yanma (TM)
3 Yanmega (Prime)
1 Zorua (BW)
1 Zoroark (BW)
1 Tyrogue (CoL)

T/S/S: 30
4 Pokemon Communication
4 Professor Oak's New Theory
4 Copycat
2 Judge
3 JunkArm
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Pokemon Reversal
2 PlusPower
2 Switch
2 potion
1 flowershop lady

Energy: 13

RE: metalbug (Needs division and main Pokemon from deck in title)

I will comment on your deck later on, when you updated it with a strategy and such, but for now I'd like to tell you I voted ''No'' mainly due to Reshiram and Zekrom remaining to be populair after next set, and they mainly use basic energy to attack. As for other decks, we really can't say, but aside from the decks known for it, a LOT of decks will be using basic energies anyway, and scizor takes too long to build up effectively when trying to compete with ''big'' cards like Reshiram and/or Zekrom for example.

RE: metalbug (Needs division and main Pokemon from deck in title)

I posted a strat. I understand that the dragons may be a problem. With bearitic and a lock going to be a deck that might be the play, figured scizor would be a nice counter.

In reply to your comment (which I have bolded out), I would like to say, yes, on paper scizor is a nice counter. But look at the following points when considering him:

- While Scizor's body counters anything with special energy attached, Catcher will just drag up something non-Scizor and continue doing what they were doing anyways. If they can't use catcher, they'll just switch out to something else. The only way to ensure you can keep the wall going is by having just Scizor in play, which isn't always the best thing to do.

- As mentioned earlier, Scizor has a weakness that attracts a LOT of trouble; Fire is by far the best supported type in the meta at the moment, and widely used. Even 4 Special metal energy wont save you there Im afraid.

- Damage output isn't the best either, 2 for 70 is pretty decent, but 90 for 3 isn't all that much in my opinion, especially since you'll be needing only metals as well (but depending on your deck, this might not be a problem).

With that out of the way, I would make something like this(if you insist on keeping Scizor):

Pokemon: (19)
3-3 Scizor (70 HP Scyther)
3-3 Yanmega
2-2 Zoroark
2 Cleffa
1 Tyrogue

TSS: (29)

4 Copycat
3 Judge
3 Collector
2 Seeker
1 PONT
1 Flower Shop Lady

4 Plus Power
4 Reversal/Catcher (when it comes out)
3 Communication
2 Junk Arm
2 Switch

Energy: (12)

4 Special Metal Energy
3 DCE
5 Metal Energy

I hope this helps! I did some minor tweaking to the lines you already had, to keep the deck the way you intended it to be. I just added some more consistency, as well as some other tricks you might want to give a try. See for yourself if it works for you!
