So I've been trying to build a Lost Zone deck based around Mew for some time now. After proxy testing about a zillion different variations and finally building an actual deck, I came up with this as the final result:

Pokemon 20:
4 Mew Prime
2 Relicanth CL
2-2 Zoroark BW
0-0-2 Crobat Prime UL
2 Mime Jr. CL
2 Zekrom BW
0-0-2 Muk UD

T/S/S 26:
4 Junk Arm
4 PONT
2 Flower Shop Lady
4 Pokemon Communication
2 Pokemon Collector
2 Dual Balls
2 Interviewer's Question
2 Revive
2 Reversal
2 Pluspower

Energies 14:
12 Psychic
2 DCE

Now hopefully I can have a Relicanth by t1 so that I can LZ things more efficiently. I want to immediately LZ a Crobat Prime and Muk so that those are ready and set when I get Mew out there. Everything else is meant to be teched; Zoroark's Foul Play copies any move and Zekrom's Outrage can be pretty powerful(not to mention it has great HP which I sorta need for this deck)

I know Collectors are better than Dual Balls but as I don't have anymore right now I'm running them instead. If I ever get any more Collectors I'll add them instead. Same with Catcher.
Thanks!

Since this is a Lost Zone deck, it needs Lost World. So this is what I'd do.

- 2-2 Espeon

+3 Lost World
+1 Pokemon Collector (Consistancy)

Hope I helped! :D

The only problem with Lost World is that it only works if your opponent has 6 pokemon in the Lost Zone. Since I may be sending some pokemon to the lost zone(via Mime Jr.) but probably not nearly 6, this would only backfire as I'll be sending my own pokemon there so the opponent would be able to declare themselves the winner.

Another Pokemon Collector isn't a bad idea though...

Absol really isn't that good because he can only attack turn 2, so if you use him to LZ stuff for Mew you can't attack until turn 3 at the soonest with Mew, which kind of defeats the point. Mew is a better attacker than Absol imo. I'd do something like this:

-3 Absol Prime as stated above, mew or Relicanth are better LZers
-2-2 Espeon doesn't actually do anything for the startegy
-2 Mime Jr. you don't want starters other than Mew Prime or Relicanth in Mewbox
-1-0-2 Tyranitar Prime hurts your other guys with Darkness Howl, and other attacks require too much energy for Mewbox
-2 Dual Ball Collector is bettter
-2 PETM Communication is better
-2 Flower Shop Lady Revive is better for recovery of Mews
-1 Interviewer's Questions Mewbox needs little energy so there's no point in both of these
-2 Rare Candy without Tyranitar you don't need this
-5 Darkness Energy without Tyranitar or Absol you don't need this
-4 Sp. Darkness see above
-30

+2 Relicanth this allows you to get draw power and LZ card, is a good starter if the cards you need LZed are in your hand
+2 Crobat Prime a staple in Mewbox decks, ita ability to let Mew cheaply severe poison or snipe for 1 psychic is amazing
+2 Muk another staple card in Mewbox, lets you pull up and hurt enemies, very useful
+2 Jumpluff another good card in mewbox decks, lets Mew deal out heavy damage so long as you ahve a big bench
+2 Junk Arm staple card, you need 4
+1 PONT one more hand refresh card can't hurt
+1 Pokemon Communciation the best all-around searcher in the format
+2 Pokemon Collector best basic searcher in format
+2 Revive lets you reuse Mews to keep them swarming
+4 Pokemon Reversal lets you pull up weaker foes to KO them, change to Pokemon Catcher when it comes out
+4 PlusPower lets you hit important damage amounts wit Mass Attack
+6 Grass Energy lets you sue Jumpluff's Mass Attack
+30

also another important note
you do realize mew take 40 damage when it used darkness howl dont you?

-3 absol prime (Relicanth i think is better)
-2-2 espeon (your pokemon are most likely going to be knocked anyway)
-1-0-2 T-Tar prime (not really needed after changes)
-2 rare candy (again not really needed after changes)
-2 interviewer's questions (not needed in a deck like this)
-9 dark(since i think you should drop the t-tar and absol, once again not needed)

+3 Relicanth(better starter)
+2 pokemon collector(good in early game and can be discarded with junk arm in late game)
+2 crobat prime(good attacker to use with mew)
+1-2 cinccino(again good attacker in Lost zone and you can also set in up to attack if you have to)
+2 revive(to get mew's back and can be re-used with junk arm)
+2 jumpluff(again a good attacker to use)
+2 muk(good to drag up a pokemon off the bench)
+2 junk arm( can be used to get back useful trainers)
+5 grass energy( needed if using jumpluff's attack from the lost zone)
Hope i helped =)

@Dark Void- Never knew that about Relicanth. I think I'll definitely add it over Absol. And Crobat Prime and Muk as well...never knew! thanks, exactly what I was looking for really.

@Spidy Freakshow- No..it wouldn't. Mew's weakness is to Psychic not Darkness. So it would only take 20 damage. Besides you don't apply weaknesses and resistances for benched Pokemon.

@DarknessGrace- Yep, like I said definitely going to add in Relicanth and Crobat Prime.

Deck Updated^ Please rate

but if mew uses the the attack from a lost zoned tyranitar, its coming from a psychic, not a dark. And while weakness and resistance isnt applied to benched pokemon, it is applied to both active pokemon. so mew will hit itself for weakness if it ever uses darkness howl

but its not really important now that you've taken tyranitar out. It looks much better now than before. although i still think you should consider jumpluff to give mew access to a powerful attack

Hmm...forgot about that part, sorry :p

Yeah, I'm thinking about adding Jumpluff, but I can't really get those cards(aka, I am too lazy to go and find them) right now :p And I don't really want to have to add in grass energy..but maybe.

How about adding 0-0-2 (1?) Metagross 4/95 Unleashed? Just a thought.. I'm not the best at this, but it might work?

I don't see where any metagross addition would be helpful. The whole point of a mew deck is to do fun things with minimal energy. Metagross uses several energy for pretty poor damage. Speeed is the name of the game with mew prime and metagross has none.
