Pokemon: 19
3 Mew EX
4-4 Accelgor
3-1-3 Gothitelle
1 Sigilyph

Energy: 10
4 Dce
6 Psychic Energy

Trainers: 31
4 Pokemon catcher
3 Level Ball
2 Pokemon Communication
3 N
3 Juniper
2 Bianca
2 Ultra Ball
2 Energy Search [helps dig for more energy]
2 Random Receiver
3 Switch [help stop bad starts, get out of a mirror with paralysis, or if something get's catchered and stuck in the active.]
2 Super Scoop Up [get siglyph out of the active, same with mew Ex]
3 Rare Candy

So the concept of the deck is pretty simple, Mewprime will use accelgors attack deck and cover to hit for paralysis and shuffle itself back into the deck, and then you bring up either siglyph against a quad ex deck [entei, darkrai, etc.] or you bring up Gothitelle to start a trainer lock.

I'd run 4 level balls, due to accelgor searching needs to be always (unless mew is deck and covering) I also dont enjoy the energy search, it could easily just be an energy as you are running 1 basic type (psy) so if you dont want to look for energy either put more energy or another card, say level ball?. I'd suggest either super scoop or switch. if one pokemon would be tanking damage and is a basic, super scoop is awesome, but if all you want to do is switch the pokemon, switch is a 100% way to do it. I'd add more search so that accelgor and mew can always just deck and cover.

+1 level Ball
+1 (2) psy energy
+1 ultra ball
+1 pokemon communication
-2 super scoopup
-2 energy search

Gothitelle has 2 retreat.
Siglyph has 1 retreat.
You have to attach a DCE every turn, and get Mew every 2 turns at least. With 2 Pokemon communication, 2 (if you add 1, 3) Ultra Ball, and 7 supporters, good luck.
Honestly, this deck can be really powerful in certain times, but also really frustrating in other cases. If I were you, I d try to remove the psychic energies and upgrade the consistency of the deck. You also need a Darkrai and some Blend Energies to get 0 retreat.

Just to make sure before I try to help you with your decklist, you intend to use Mew/Accelgor s attack every turn or do you sometimes want to attack with Siglyph and Gothitelle.
