Problem

I like how it runs kinda, but it's too inconsistent. It's my first time making it though and I don't really know how to run it. I know this list is off but I mean, it's my first time making this, I'm an experienced payer though.

Strategy:

Turn 1 see off, and it depends on the deck but put a Pokemon in the lost Zone according to what you think is best. And so on and so forth. Basic Mew Box strategy really.

Please help me!

You don't need the Reinculus line, or the Reshiram, or the Jirachi, or the Shaymin.
Take them out an up the amounts of the most useful cards. Especially more Hand Refresh.

When corabed says useful cards, he's referring to cards like Professor Oak's New Theory, PokéGear 3.0, Professor Juniper, Cheren, Sage's Training, etc. The staple draw cards, pretty much.

This is also the reason why your deck is too slow. You have way too many techs and not enough draw cards; a lot of Pokémon you listed aren't needed. You never want to overtech your deck, as it would cut down on the deck's consistency and speed.

-1 Jirachi
-1 Shaymin
-2-1-1 Reuniclus
-1 Reshiram
-1 Rare Candy
-1 Judge
-1 Copycat

+2 PONT
+2 Juniper
+1 Cleffa
+1 Junk Arm
+2 Sage's
+2 PlusPower

This should work. Note that I'm basing this off of my list, which got T32 at Regionals. As I explained before, PONT, Juniper, and Sage's are for extra drawpower. They improve the deck's consistency and speed. Cleffa is a "just in case" card, in case your opening hand is bad. Junk Arm lets you cycle through PlusPowers, Catchers, and PokeGears again for KO's and drawpower respectively, and I highly recommend three PlusPower in a deck like this. It lets Mew KO Tyram more easily (yeah they Afterburner but still), KO Tornadus more easily, lets Donphan KO Zekrom easily, you get where I'm going.

The cards you should take out are cards that shouldn't be in the deck. Reuniclus is cool for the fact that you can remove damage, but it greatly cuts the deck's consistency. On top of that, Mew basically gets KO'ed by everything, Reuniclus is Catcher bait, and with only 90 HP, Reuniclus gets KO'ed by mostly everything. Jirachi/Shaymin isn't needed because for Shaymin, your entire deck is really one-Energy attackers; no real need to move Energy. Jirachi works best in spread decks, as you're really only going to get one KO with Jirachi.

Last but not least, I'd highly recommend you max out your DCE. Zekrom and Mew both use it a lot, through my testing.

Donphan isn't needed, but vileplume and yanmega are. Vileplume actually locks them and yanmega takes prizes

Guys, thanks and all but I changed the deck all around, I'll post it soon, it works much better!!!
