Ruling Mew EX Versatile Ability

Hello, I have a question regarding Mew EX. I'm not sure what it's card scan is but it's the Mew-EX with 120 hp, and versatile ability, which reads "This pokemon can use the attacks of any pokemon in play (both yours and your opponents). (You still need the necessary energies to use each attack.)

Question is: if Mew-EX has the necessary energy to do an attack and is your active pokemon, does it inherit ALL parts of the attack?
For example, If I would like to use Wobbuffets attack, Flip Over which reads "wobbuffet does 10 damage to itself, and don't apply weakness and resistance to this damage", DOES MEW EX TAKE THE 10 DAMAGE OR DOES WOBBUFFET?
There are many many attacks that say a specific pokemons name in the fine print, if Mew-EX uses the attack does it change the pokemons name in the attack Mew-EX??

Again sorry for no card scans I know those are important to this forum but I don't know what those are.

The answer to this question actually does need a scan of the wobuffet card.

A scan is just an image of the card in question, which is available if you search on the left hand side of the pokebeach.com homepage.

Here are the card scans

Mew EX takes the damage without factoring in weakness to itself from the attack. To answer your second question, it all depends on what set the card is from.

Prior to the "Black & White" series, when a Pokemon refers to itself by name, interpret that card as though the text reads "this Pokemon". This has the practical effect of not including other Pokemon of the same name; if a Pokemon copies that text, it refers to itself, not the original Pokemon. Beginning with "Black & White", when a Pokemon refers to itself by name, this extends to other Pokemon of the same name; if a Pokemon copies that text, it refers to other Pokemon of the same name. Also, when a Pokemon refers to "this Pokemon", this has the practical effect of not including other Pokemon of the same name; if a Pokemon copies that text it refers to itself, not the original Pokemon.
