I'm calling upon vaster knowledge than mine, but if Mew uses Meloetta's Round, does he count himself as "having the attack" or would only the Meloetta in play count?
Example, Mew is my active and I have 4 Meloetta in play. Does Round do 150 or 120?

It would do 120. While mew ex can use the attack, it does not *have* the attack.
