Ruling Mew Prime and Legend pieces

In order to copy a legend's attack with mew prime's body lost-link does both the top and bottom have to be in the lost zone or just the part with the attack on it?

A legend does not count as a full Pokemon regardless on if there are both haves in the Lost Zone or not, so Mew Prime cannot copy its attacks.
