mew' success?

^that was my guess too. I'll admit I haven't tried that variant, but I have a hard time believing the cats and dialgas don't get in the way. My deck gets going from T2 consistently and runs until I lose my last mew.

Thanks JWittz for the site. I was unaware that there was a site that posted top decks.
amisheskimoninja, I'm still not sold on the delcatty,drifblim in mew.

Isn't Umbreon an auto-loss for Mewperior too? And VileGar isn't a great matchup; Fainting Spell, OHKOsfor 1 energy, Rescue Energy, and trainer lock especially can really hurt.

@Scizorliscious

Umbreon is an autoloss if you're one of the many players who chooses run a deck of 40 odd energies and rely solely on Mew to win. Providing no answer to any counters. Blaziken_FB + Driftlimb_UD are able to provide resistance. I've teched in a 1-1 Marowak_TM line in order to counter various threats.

Vilegar is one of the more favourable matchups for MewPerrior, as Mew doesn't rely on trainers that much, and they are easy to get rid of via Judge. Vilegar takes long to setup compared to most other decks, while Mew can consistently get setup faster than anything else in the current format. Much like with Gyrados, Mew can play Snowpoint temple as a counter to Broken Time Space, making recovery much more difficult.

That explains why. (Dumb name too IMO.) Nice article detailing Mewperior for anyone who is a little confused.
