1x Victiny (flip)
4-1-4 Emboar (ability)

4x Juniper
4x Cilan
3x Ultra Ball
4x Evolite
4x Rare Candy
2x Skyla

I'm limited on cards, so im just making this work. The strategy is to set up Emboar on T2 and hopefully hit with Reshi for a T2 150. Reshi might not last too long tho, but victini is there to help with the coin flip. Mewtwo is there just to be mewtwo. It works great with emboar too.

I know my TSS is messed up, but I would really like to keep Cilan.

Hmm. The first thing I want to say is I feel you are light on energy. I wouldn't recommend dropping below 18 energy.

As for what to take out...IDk. Its a hard call. maybe drop down to 2x Mewtwo EX?
Also I get Cilan is incredibly useful for your deck but do you really need 4? 2-3 would suit you fine. With both N & Juniper you will be changing hands fast enough for lack of energy not to be a problem.

I would also recomend swapping Ultra Ball for Great Ball. I know it wont allow targeted searching, but it means you wont have to discard either. And again with both N & Juniper your deck will thin fast enough that finding the desired pokemon with Great Ball will be easy.
In a pinch Pokemon Communication may work just as well, if you have the errant pokemon you don't want in your hand.

Again its a hard call. I see what your trying to do and other than these Ideas IDK what else I would change.

Cheers

No offense to Jareth.... but i disagree with everything he said. Ultra ball ball is way better than great ball, especially if you run energy retrieval. Stay with 4 mewtwo if you plan for that to be a main attacker. 14 energy is plenty. It is actually considered heavy in most decks. The only thing that u really have to worry about is sigilyph DRX. All your main attackers are EX and it is resistant to all of them. You could attack with emboar, but that is very risky. Perhaps drop some EX for a regular Reshiram

14 energies is fine. You generally want 12 to 14 energies per deck (except decks that need low amount of energy or multiple energies). 4 Cilan is too much imo. 2 should be fine as you are already running energy retrieval. Reshiram will be good in this deck too.

-2 Cilan
-1/2 Reshiram EX

+1/2 Reshiram BW
+2 Random Receiver

I also have to disagree with jareth here. Don't lose ultraball. No other card matches Pokemon searching in this deck. As all decks you need pokemon catcher. In this deck id advise not droping below 14 energy. With energy retrieval no more is required.

-2 cilans
-1 energy retrieval
+3pokemon catchers. Hope you can get them.

Also
-1 reshiram ex
+1 reshiram.

Don't be so linear on your strategy.
