Pokemon:
4x Mewtwo Ex ND
4x Celebi Prime UD
1x Shaymin UL
1x Cleffa HS
2x Shaymin Ex ND
2x Tornadus EP

Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums:
3x Skyarrow Bridge ND
2x Pokemon Collector HS
4x Professor Oaks New Theory CL
3x Switch BW
2x Cheren EP
2x Super Scoop Up UL
2x Junk Arm TR
3x Eviolite NV
4x Pokemon Catcher EP
2x Twins TR
3x Sages Training UD

Energy:
4x DCE
12x Grass Energy

Strategy: The idea for the deck is to start with celebi active so you can start attaching grass energy to mewtwo or tornadus to go for the donk, if unsucesfull or if you have a bad hand either start with cleffa or most of the time through my playtesting, mewtwo.
Skyarrow Bridge allows you to start retreating tornadus and celebi for free so you can either donk or use celebi for energy acceleration. Shaymin UL is so if theres a damaged mewtwo active and the opponent can OHKO next turn, u can retreat that mewtwo and shaymin the energy over to the active one with no damage (which rarely works out the way i want it too). Shaymin Ex is for late game prizes i.e RDL matchups, being able to setup shaymin to hit for 90 or 130 on the revenge kill. Any suggestions are accepted I'm looking to perfect this deck before my states which is in march THANKS.

My changes in the above
-2 Twins. The deck is FAST, you won't need these.
-1 Mewtwo. Three is a bit overkill.
-1 Shaymin EX. You'll only use it once, you'll need it once.
+2 Pokemon Collector. Basic search card.
+1 Junk Arm. Trainer recycling is great.
+1 Tornadus. Your first attacker.

I'm no expert on MTC either, but hopefully I helped a bit.

In my opinion, Sage's shouldn't be run in this type of deck because it is usually for Stage 2 decks, and this is a all basic deck and should be fast.
A Professor Juniper would be very good in this deck because it is a a good draw power card. N or judge would also be good in this deck for hand disruption and to refresh your hand. Terrakion could also do well because it is a tech against electric types such as Magnezone and Zekrom. Pokegear 3.0 could also be added to get your supporters, and 1-2 more Junk Arm would also do good to recycle Trainers. -1 collector and +1 Dual ball(maybe) might also be well because Dual Ball can be played in the same turn as other supporters you may need.

-1 Cleffa
-2 Twins
-1 Pokemon Catcher
-4 Pokemon Collector
-2 Cheren
-2 Super Scoop Up
-3 Sage's Training
-1 Mewtwo EX
-1 Shaymin EX
-4 Grass Energy

Total 21

+1 Tornadus
+4 Dual Ball
+4 Professor Juniper
+3 Pokegear 3.0
+3 Fighting Energy
+2 Terrakion
+2 Junk Arm
+2 Plus Power

Pretty self explanatory to be honest. The deck is fast and would want to maintain the speed for as long as possible. Juniper, dual ball and pokegears help keep that speed going to get through your deck faster to grab what you need. There isn't that much time in this deck for Pokemon Collector as you will end up drawing it with the amount of draw power you have in the deck. Teched in Terrakion because Eelzone is too common. Used fighting energies instead of Prism Energy for the obvious resistance against Lost Remover. Terrakion is a late game thing so you shouldn't have much trouble drawing into it when you need it. The rest of the things added to the deck are just for sheer consistency.
