Strategy

Ive been using this deck on the PCTGO and so far its doing really well. The strategy is just to hit hard and quick with Mewtwo. If Mewtwo is near faint just pull him with Darkrai's ability, put out Mew and move his energy to a different Mewtwo. Then you can max potion without losing those energy. Darkrai allows Mew to retreat freely so then you can put out your other Mewtwo with full energy and attack. This basically works as a Scramble Switch as many times as you want. The Dark patch are for if your Mewtwo goes down.

What would you change to improve it?

Ok, let's see:
-2 Cheren: It's not really useful in many decks, and this is one of them.
+1 N
+1 Juniper: Staple Supporters, try to run 4 of each in every deck whenever you can.
-1 Float Stone
-1 Skyarrow Bridge: You have Darkrai for free retreat, you don't need them.
-2 Darkness Energy
+4 Double Colorless Energy: It helps to have an optimum start with Mewtwo, hitting for at least 40 on T1, 80 with Weakness. It is mandatory in this type of deck to put pressure on the opponent since the very beginning.
Hope I could help!

though with DCE you cant move and max potion. It'll either just be gone or scramble switched away.

He uses both Scramble Switch and Mew-EX to move Energy around, and they both CAN move DCE.

I like it. Thank you.

Your energy line is really thick, especially with your mew idea. Your absol line is also really thick, considering how many Mewtwo and Darkrai you have.

-1 Absol
-1 Dark energy
+2 sableye
With sableye, you'll be able to get your max potions back with junk hunt , as well as allowing your mew to use junk hunt if it needs to. You can also grab scramble switch and other important resources.

Well it is legal, I'm just clueless. I just recently started playing the game, and admittedly don't know very much about it.

Why 4 Absol?

Because Absol is awesome imo... decent amount of HP. Only 2 energy and you can do up to a potential 120 damage. Game saver for decks with sigilyph or pokemon that cause trouble for EX. Plus I can take advantage of my Dark patch, Dark Claw, and Darkness energy. Maybe I could get away with 3, but I hate the idea of having a deck with mostly EX. Ive won multiple turn one matches because of these guys.
