Decided to get started on this

4 mewtwo ex
3-2-3 gardevoir
1-0-1 leavanny
2 jirachi
2 shaymin
Pokémon 18

4 Pokémon collector
4 rare candy
4 junk arm
3 catcher
3 eviolite
4 pont
2 switch
3 juniper
Tss 27

11 psychic
4 dce

Strategy
Try getting out mewtwo and attach dce or psychic and start doing massive dmg with gardevoirs ability

There isn't too much you can really do for this deck as the idea is pretty simple. The only thing to worry about is Cobalion which walls Mewtwo EX though with Gardevoir you can still OHKO Cobalion as long as they have 2 energy attached to it. However Eviolite and Special {M} energy do pose as a problem reducing Mewtwo EX's damage down by 50+. Aren't really any pokemon you can easily tech in to get around it without decreasing consistency. All you can really do is just power through it.

Still a few things you can do with your current list.

-1 Junk Arm (you can afford to drop this down to 3)
-3 {P} energy (with Gardevoir you can safely play less {P} energy)
-1 Shaymin
(-5)

+3 Pokemon Communication (Instead of trying to draw into evolution, just search for them)
+1 Cleffa
+1 Revive / Super Rod (recovery)

If i only run 1 shaymin wouldnt i wanna run ssu or run ssu either way? I dont really need cleffa to bad i have 4 pomt i think i can drop a juniper as you dont really need it to often main thing i wanna put in is ssu/seeker

I'd go:
-0-2-1 Gardevoir
YOu use 4 rare candy, and 3 Gardevoir seems like overkill for only an ability. I'd use 3-1-2 as used in Vileplume and Emboar lines.

+3 Communication
You need these to search out your Gardevoir for the candy.

Your Pokemon lines should be this:

4 Mewtwo EX
3-2-3 Gardevoir ND
2-2 Dodrio UD
2 Bellsprout TR
1 Cleffa

Dodrio is for Retreat Aid to give Mewtwo EX and Gardevoir free retreat, while Bellsprout helps you under Item Lock against Vileplume so that you can use Inviting Scent to drag out Vileplume and then take it out in one hit with Mewtwo EX or Gardevoir. Cleffa is for draw of course and a Starter to premote whatever you switch from the bench.

4 mewtwo ex
3-2-3 gardevoir
1-0-1 leavanny
2 jirachi
2 shaymin
Pokémon 18

4 Pokémon collector
4 rare candy
4 junk arm
3 catcher
3 eviolite
4 pont
2 switch
3 juniper
Tss 27

11 psychic
4 dce

This is a great list. I've never considered playing Jirachi in this deck before. Anyways, if I had to make some changes to this deck, here they are:

-2 DCE (You have Gardevoir anyways).
-1 Switch (You can afford to retreat because of Jirachi).

+1-1-1 Leavanny (Just in case something's prized).

Other than that, this list looks really solid, and should have no issues. Hope I helped.

^ thanks s much i put alot of effirt into the list i dont think taking out dce is smart as mewtwo dce is best possible start turn 1 and leavanny is only for reshi with rdl and mirror so i dont think bumping the count will be much help i do appreciate the thought though if mewtwo becokes extremely pooular that could work
