I'd say mewtwo too, because I've never seen deoxy fight...and its 2 out of its 4 forms don't look 1/2 as strong as mewtwo.
 
deoxys!definitely!exept from its speed form

I'm not too sure how he shapeshifts, but if he transforms to Def everytime Mew2 attacks and ATT whenever he stops, he'll be pretty hard to beat. Otherwise... Mew2.
 
I'm very surprised that Deoxys is not winning the poll, as he's obviously much stronger than Mewtwo.
Deoxys' different forms give him the ability to up his stats the way it chooses to, and also gets better a few moves than Mewtwo.
Put Recover and Leftovers on a Defense-Form Deoxys and it's virtually unbreakable.

Also, Deoxys is much more rare and harder for the average trainer to find. In most games, Mewtwo is just another Pokemon that you can catch easily with the Master Ball, where not nearly as many people have a legitimate Deoxys found from a Nintendo Special Event. (I being one of them)

In conclusion, Deoxys>Mewtwo.

If you used facts Dexoys is almost unlimited since he can heal and restore himself as much as he wants, Mewtwo has gotten worn out before and we all have seen it, so Dexoys hands down.
 
no he is the GOD of all pokemon.hen has base stats of 720,mew jirachi and celebi have base stats of 600,regigigas has base stats of 620,but his ability slow start makes him worse,so byu far he is the best.you find him in the wild lvl 80,and i got a lot of that info on wikipeddia as well.

i voted for deoxys.oh aruseus's ability,multi type means:
you will recive 16plates when captured,i think,and whichever one you atach to him will determine his type.
