I'd drop the rainbow energy for 3 Mew FAC, so that you have another attacker that can cause some trouble

What's the point of Mew if you drop the rainbow energy? You wont be able to use Durants attack unless someone uses something like Tackle on you.

I would note that a mill deck using Houndoom EX instead of Durant took Top 8 in US Junior Nationals, so Houndoom (in my opinion) is the best option to replace Durant. The link to their deck list is http://www.pokemon.com/us/play-pokemon/nationals-2016/decks/juniors/

I agree with ninja penguin, as I have tested houndoom, and the fact you can max potion at the cost of one fire, survive major attacks, and mill is something neither durant or bunnelby have. However, National's results have nothing to do with my decision. I do however use a rather unusual engine, to cope with the circumstances of prc-on. (Slower meta, 2hkos, etc)

@PokeDad5 I know the formats between the two divisions are completely different, I was just showing this example to give an example of a good list and to show it has a decent (since it is only Juniors) result to back it up.

I always thought a mill deck would work well in Juniors since a lot of them can't comprehend what to do when they're constantly losing cards every turn forcing them to play more conservative and ultimately losing because of that.
