Strategy: Bring up Miltank as your active, set up Empoleon to allow Miltank to hit for 80, 100 with Muscle Band, and use the Over Powered Dusknoir to move around key damage counters to score some easy prize cards!

Please tell me how much it would cost to make this deck and leave any advice below! Also please tell me if this deck follows standard format. Thanks a bunch

Why wouldn't you run a Greninja/Dusknoir combo? I see it as having more synergy in this deck if you're going to run Dusknoir as well. Also, I'd feel safe with a 2-2 line Dusknoir then adding a Mr.Mime to suppress Landorus snipes.

Empoleon/Dusknoir is the most popular variant of this deck though.

You have 2 Level Ball listed twice, and if you want to use it next format(BCR-on) you will have to cut it out because it is rotated. I would suggest your Ultra Ball count to 4 and adding 1 more Exeggcute. Exeggcute has an unlimited amount uses of his ability per turn, so you can use it for Ultra Ball and Dive Draw without giving up resources.

You could do to cut a Duskull for something just cause I think 3-0-2 Dusknoir is a bit excessive. I only play a 1-0-1 line of Dusknoir. Maybe another Muscle Band, Ultra Ball, Megaphone. They're all good things to replace a Duskull with. Ultra Ball searches out Empoleons, which is your main source of draw power. Having more than one Megaphone is good for Garbodor (and in general). Playing Megaphone not only lets you use your draw, but you can also move damage onto Garbodor to knock it out so they can't just slap another tool onto it. But since you play Dowsing Machine, maybe just one would be fine.

With only 1 megaphone if its a prize you are basically locked, play atleast 2 for more chances of having atleast 1

Yeah but people with usually target duskull/noir but then with mr mime you would be fine I guess. Thanks for the advice

We'll firstly, I like the new flash fire miltank, but mainly I am on a really tight budget.

I would only play one Mr. Mime. Has your Empoleon line always been 4-2-2? I would switch a Mime out for an Empoleon and really try to find room for a fourth one.

The problem with empoleon is that empoleon 29 is quite expensive. I am on a budget of hopefully below fifty. I will probably just buy the red genesect collection box and buy some cheap singles off ebay or troll and toad. Plus empoleon is only really brought out twice in the game and I don't think he will get prized.
