A revamp is when you take a sprite from a previous game, Red & Blue for example, and replace that sprite's colors with colors from a newer sprite. So, if I took a Gold/Silver Pikachu sprite, and gave it the colors of a HG/SS Pikachu, that would be a revamp.

Mime, that's a recolor, not revamp :/
For a revamp, you also need to change the shading to match current sprites. Even edit the outline, if needed.

I'd say yes because the shading is right and everything else, but we'll let you know if squirtli doesn't think that's right. However, Porygon-X, you may want to take a look at that shading before judging comes.

Shading-noun. The differences in tone of a color. The shading of the drawing was done well.

Older sprites (especially G/S/C) didn't have good shading. You'll need to change it for a good revamp.

moonpix, I approve of your sprite, but I recommend adding some more obvious shading to it.
