Decklist is spoiled due to the length.
Strategy
The idea is to manipulate the draw to go my way, all the time. To this end, I've employed as many draw effects and "peek" abilities as I can get hold of to either look at or dig through my deck and prizes. I've kept to singleton rules, and while it doesn't look very consistent, I can say with certainty that this deck does perform as expected.
My playgroup has banned Tool Unown (Q GE 49, G GE 57, E MT 65) Unown EX Unseen Forces A, Unown R LA 77, and Unown Z SW 72 due to ridiculous combinations with Base Set Alakazam/Reuniclus and Mismagius GL. Because Unown are practically useless in Singleton, and because Alakazam, Reuniclus, and Mismagius are MUCH better cards in comparison, the decision was made to ban the Unown themselves entirely.
Any thoughts/recommendations welcomed! This is a CASUAL, UNLIMITED format, so please keep that in mind!
