Here's an idea: Why not just admit that this is a chaos server, make everyone OP, and turn it into a giant griefwar?

Okay, Creepervenom13 just placed lava ontop of me so I just died and lost all of my items.

Can someone at least give me my diamonds back?

If you're having trouble with finding a safe server, Skydoesminecraft has one. He actually did a couple of videos explaining it and whatnot. I do believe it isn't a griefwar.

Both of them are still alive. One is behind a wall in my mine, and one is behind my bed.

Lol, I hardly even pay Minecraft anymore and I haven't been on in a long time. The server is basically a giant grief-war at this point, from what I can tell.

If I ever get my own server up, I'm going to fix all this crap.

All of that is false, but it's no use arguing anymore. You and kyle would claw my throat out to stop me from using a few commands that even the admin said I could use...
Also, what does playing vanilla have to do with it? Bukkit servers are everywhere...
