My RH Uxie LA shows the whole level, so I guess mine's rarer.

that's a miscut, not misprint. They're not incredibly rare, but some collectors hold them at higher value (1 buck or so)

Shadowless = Not a misprint
50HP Vulpix = Not a misprint, they were all like that.

And about the Uxie... it's a freakin Uxie! Nobody is going to care about the Lv. - they just want the Uxie.
