i did contact them but got no response. I dont think its worth it to keep sending emails to them ( its a pretty cool souvenir though)I've never had a completely blank code card before. I did have one that was missing the final letter of the code. I contacted Pokemon Support about it and they gave me a replacement code. Worth a shot.
