mistake in SSBM

Does anyone ever realise that in SSBM pikachu's B button attack is called "thunder jolt". THUNDER JOLT!?

Thats not strange to me.

I never noticed that because I use mewtwo instead of pikachu because he moves to quick to do his quick attack the second time and I can do it in the first version but 128mbs per second does not give me time to do his full quick attack or I would use him more often but once in a long while I do use him though.
