Personally i interpeted Misty swimming underneath Psyduck as her making sure that Psyduck doesnt drown.

Oh, she's clearly swimming under the water, since Psyduck is wading and causing surface ripples while she isn't, but she's still too close to the bottom for comfort!

From an art standpoint, I’m sure some people will eat this card up, but I’m personally much more excited about Cynthia’s Roserade (and Garchomp).

This card looks absolutely atrocious. The worst IR I’ve ever seen. Someone wake me up when TPC actually starts making good art because this new generation of cards has been nothing but stinkers.
