RE: MLP:FiM-Friendship Divided (20% Cooler than other RPGs)
Dec had followed the ponies around shyly, and staying far away when the spell for the cloud-walking had been cast. Well, now-WOAH! Dec watched as, right before her eyes, the ground flew away from under her. She was momentarily in a tunnel of indistinct swirls of color and light until she reappeared about a foot above the clouds of Cloudsdale. Instantly, forgetting to fly, she dropped to the clouds like a rock. Taking a second to get used to the clouds, she then stood up and looked on at the ruins of her home. The clouds were dark and uninviting, nothing like the happy brightness that she once knew. A bolt of lightning struck the buildings every so often, vaporizing the clouds, leaving Cloudsdale in a state of disrepair. The blinding rain made it almost impossible to see. Griffons, big, dark brown shapes through the rain, flew around, guarding the abandoned city. Through the rain, four shapes loomed, The Weather Center, the Cloudisseum, the Cloud Plant, and the Rainbow factory.
Luckily, Dec knew her hometown like the back of her hand, and could tell the way to anywhere with her eyes closed. However, with the decision ahead of her, she spoke up.
"Well, you know, I was thinking that all of the places, that we have the motive to go to, everywhere seemes too normal to find Rainbow Dash in, and I'd think that we could try the Cloudisseum, because, you know, that's where she saved Rarity with a Sonic Rainboo- Yikes!" A sudden flash of lightning interrupted Dec, startling her. However, with it, she had time to reflect.
I wasn't able to drop my voice because of the rain... and it actually felt good. Hm.
OoC: Figured I'd help you with the setting, catutie. As it is one of my favorite aspects of writing/RPGing. And, greetings from Florence, Italy!
