Always wondered why they release 3 different "draw 3" cards each generation and not just "Friends" like the way they do Prof Research or Boss Orders
Because it's not powerful enough that it needs a restriction like that,
This set without the eeveelutions wouldn't have even half the hype, no IR, no FA, no guaranteed ex like the Japanese set, difficult pull rates for the SAR cards (compared to previous S&V sets), literally the best you can get most of the time is a $2 trainer and a random pokeball card
Well if it didnt have the eeveelutions all the other SARS would be more expensive because they arent being overshadowed by the hype of the eeveelutions
That Regigigas looks fun; two double turbos isn’t hard with colress tenacity
I think it looks really good, any trainer card with a character wearing a suit is a must-have for me. He looks like he's about to go on a spy mission.
i can't overlook how bad his strictly boxy or trapezoidal shaped eyes / eyebrows look in every medium but especially some of the 2d renders of the character. he's supposed to be an aggressively normal, ordinary looking person but the character designers for SV just could not help themselves and actually draw a normal person.I think it looks really good, any trainer card with a character wearing a suit is a must-have for me. I’m sorry but that’s a very weak take on this set. You could say that about any set: ‘if you remove *insert top chases* then this set wouldn’t even have half the hype’
But it does have the eeveelutions
if it didn’t have those cards, it would either have something else or the existing cards would be higher value.
