he is normal. look at all the other trainers in his own region, and name one that looks like you would see them in real life outside of a drag show/convention. this is such a nothingburger criticism of something that wasn't meant to be even thought about. i love scarvi but there's so many legitimate complaints you can make (some Pokemon's stats being dogshit despite their designs being insanely good, tera raids, how i can't reach through the screen and make out with tulip, how they had 50% less time to make it than almost all of their peers have to make other games : T ) but this is the level of stuff I regularly see. this isn't anything personal, by the way, i do get where you're coming from on some level
