More 'Sun' and 'Moon' News Arriving on July 1st!

Yeah, it is definitely going to be about Nekkoala and Iwanko. I really need to see these 2 in action !

Hopefully it's a little more, like maybe the early fish Pokemon, (Magikarp, Feebas, etc.) or maybe starter evolutions.

My guess is that it will be a few new Pokemon (probably including the dog and the koala), as well as some kind of gameplay feature and/or important character(s). (Gym Leaders perhaps)
 
In addition to everything already mentioned, my guess (based on nothing) is that we might see one or more new mega evolutions, or get hints as to what might replace them if that's the case with the diamond things' significance.
 
I agree with scattered; we will probably see Nekkoala and Iwanko in action. Maybe we'll get new Pokemon as well; like the first evolutions of the starters. Or perhaps evolutions of Yungoos, Pikipek or Grubbin.
 
Here's my wild guessing on what might be revealed.

Most probable:
1. Our actual rival of the game.
It would not make sense to have Hau be your signature rival if he is going to choose a Starter that is weak to yours, at least early on in the game. Our true rival may be the opposing gender of the player character, and might end up being a generic nice rival, which would kind of suck, unless the games' official release will prove me wrong on that.
2. More new Pokémon.
1. I reckon that we will learn about Alola's native and new Water Type fish Pokémon, a la, Basculin, Clauncher, and Skrelp. Maybe, we might know about Alola's native Dragon Type.
3. A glimpse at our new villain team.
At best, we will know what exactly the Grunts look like.
4. The revelation of one Gym Leader.
He/she will no doubt be early game., akin to Lenora, Roxie, and Viola

Least probable:
1. Synchro Evolution
A little too early for that, in my opinion. We might learn more about it around September instead.
2. New evolutions
Unless it's about a Pokémon that you can get early on in the games, like Patrat or Scatterbug, this may be out of the question, unless I am proven wrong otherwise.
 
I expect there to be info we don't already know about.

In all honesty, I'd love to see some new Pokémon, and maybe the equivalent to Contests and Musicals. I always play those modes in the Pokémon games.
 
Hoping for a reveal of some non-basic stage pokemon, evolutions of 'mons from previous generations and the reveal of regional gym leaders. Gameplay footage of Iwanko and Nekkoala is a given at this point.
 
Am I the only one who wants to know more about Marshadow? They trademarked the name but we don't know anything besides that.
 
Probably:
- More about Iwanko and Nekkoala, including their official English names!
- Revealing a couple of new Pokémon.
- More info about Hau.

Maybe:
- A little closer view of what will be the 2nd island we visit.
- One Gym Leader.
- A little more info about Lillie.
- More Mega Evos?
- A new event (apart from that of Magearna)...
- More info about Alola, maybe even a bit of its history!
- If any evo, maybe the 1st evo of the Starters...!

Hopefully:
- The absolute confirmation of whether or not there will be character customization. We all hope for it. We can see the character in different clothes in the trailers, but will it really be in the game? Let's really hope so!
- Hint of a 3rd Legendary...? :cool:

They confirmed character customization at E3.
 
I just want more Pokemon at this point (even though I need to stop spoiling myself). Gyms, more info on Lillie and Hau, Iwanko and Nekkoala, and just the names of the other islands would be awesome too.
 
It could also be an announcement for an announcement XD

Synchro Evolution isn't going to happen. That's going to be an anime only thing.
 
What I'd really like to know is what's going on with Mega Evolution and those strange bracelets. Not sure they're ready to talk about it now though (we probably won't hear about that for at least another month or two).

Realistically, I think new Pokemon and new gym leaders are likely, and maybe some other gameplay feature. Maybe they explain what those vehicles are that we saw in the concept art way back when this game was announced?

Oh, and internationally isn't it about time we hear what Iwanko and Nekkoala's English names are?
