Guiding questions:
1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
5. How's the artwork?
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).

Posts MUST be more than one sentence long with proper grammar and spelling or they will be deleted.

First

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).

Fair HP, 90 would be better to avoid Dragon rush, it's supposed to be benched always so weakness doesnt apply too much, it has no resistance, and one retreat isn't too bad.

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
The attack is horrid, the Power is useful in vilegar and lostgar decks. It lets you see how many trainers etc or pokemon are in their hand

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Gengar SF, Gengar prime are the main ones, mentioned above.

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
Unown Q if you start with him active at the start of the game..Possibly snowpoint (only if you Really want to) to give it +20 hp..beyond that its fine.

5. How's the artwork?

Artwork is awesome, nice angle and scenery.

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
4 stars

A useful tech in 2 very popular decks

1.70 hp for a basic is pretty common. Its weakness really is bad, but unless its dragged up to the active position. It has no resistance, which is considered quite bad. Its 1 retreat cost is normal for a basic.
2.Its pokepower is where it shines. shouldn't talk about its attack cause of the x4 (Unless you're as lucky as someone in prerelease that flipped 4 heads :p). Its pokepower allow it to check your opponents hand, although you have to show yours too.
3. Combos? Vilegar,Lostgar and much other decks. It could be teched in alot of decks due to its poke-power.
4. Combat its weakness... i dun think you will need to cause its normally on the bench sitting revealing tricks. Other than this, Azelf Lv.X could be quite good. Since it is used mostly in vilegar, your opponent's trainer will be lock, meaning that it can't use Pokemon Catcher.
5.The artwork? i dun think its very good, 3/5
6. Overall rating would be 3.5/5. I considered this in a jumpluff to see whether to leafguard or mass attack but everyone say thats not a need.
