Not really. Nintendo occasionally releases some new information. Plus, this generation being the first worldwide release, it is not unthinkable that they opt for a more generous approach when it comes to revealing information.

Mr XY has now confirmed that all of the things he's said are just things he'd like to see.
I'm glad that he's finally over.

Look at how many Dark type (presumably) legendaries there are. I highly doubt they would release that many ever, let alone in 1 generation.
 
Darkraian, this was already confirmed fake, it's in the thread title. He admitted it himself, though everyone already knew because it was obvious.
