1.What do you mean by UT?
2.Shiny Pidgeot is most likely rarer. (I found it on Pokemon Leafgreen while looking for a Sandslash...)
 
UT = Untouched.

If a Shiny is more rare than a Legendary that you want, that's not my problem.

It was bred by a reliable source.....he said he bred it himself and traded it to his other game....
 
hmm. I really like my Shiny Pidgeot because I was able to obtain it on my own, but I also want the electivire and magmortar even though I already have an electivire.

can you live me the stats of each including the OT and how it was met?
