Startegy: Use Celibi for energy acceleration to power up tornados or mewtwo, terrakion is used to counter zekroms and eels, shaymin to move energy around, and regigias for stalling and heavy hitting

Try cutting some energy and some plus power for a fourth dual ball for consistency and maybe shaymin EX for attacking. You need 4 dual ball to get out all of your pokemon as soon as possible.
 
i made a few changes to the deck, anyone wanna tell me anything i can improve on or is it fine the way it is?
 
I'd cut lost remover for the fourth junk arm for reusing trainers and maybe a fighting energy for another Juniper or N for more draw power.
