Like Guy said, the dots could mean anything. On the other hand, they could just be a coincidence. And the signature ("~M") could, as was previously stated, only stand for "Murderer". Whoever this person is, they left us barely anything to work from. So either they're just really bad at making clues, or they want to let a few days pass before giving the first real hint.

Either way, we can truly benefit from the CoG clues this season.
