I thought about doing this kind of deck. I came up with the idea of using ivysour SV for it's pokepower that puts the defending pokemon asleep automatically when you evolve to ivysaur. then have some seekers in your deck and you'll be able to do that guaranteed two turns later. if you have 2-2 ivysaur SV then jut alternate them and boom you have automatic dream eater every turn if you get seeker (or SSU works too for this strategy).

by the time you run out of seeker and SSU, and use the second ivysaur, the game will probably be over. and with hypno, if you get heads then you can save ivysaur evolve for next turn.

since you're running uxie for battle roads, you might as well switch pokeball for luxery ball during battle roads, then switch it back afterward.

And I want to replace my last pokeball but with what?

I'd just replace the last Pokeball with another Professor Oaks New Theory just to improve the chances of drawing into it, plus more hand refreshing cards isn't a bad thing.
