my likely new deck deck after rotation

Hi

this is going to be likly my BD (best deck) after rotation and its empoleon groundon

p.s i got an empoleon and a groundon sweep with this deck at my local league

4-1-4 empoleon (this is for maximun speed >>>>>>>> )
3 groundon (i like this over terrakion because in the lightning match the resis is good)
4 juniper (max speed)
4 n (to disrupt opponent and when have empoleon it dosen't really matter)
4 cheren (a great draw power)
2 reciver (just to get a surrporter every turn
4 candy (to get into empoleon quickly)
4 catcher (to catcher kill or stall)
4 max potion (to heal all damage)
3 exp.share (to conserve energy)
3 switch ( to switch out to other pokemon if nedd be)
2 coms (it's better in this deck to me than ultra ball)
2 rods (you need it for ultra recovery )
6 {W} ( empoleon)
6 {F} (groundon)

hope you get some ideas so please comment if you think this can be improved

I would take out a Max Potion for another Exp share so then you can power up ur groudon really quickly

I think 4 juniper is not such a good idea. You are already discarding with empoleon so maybe -2 and add some other disruption cards. With two random receivers you will be able to get what you need. Also Empoleon acts as a mini supporter, if you have one-two out you can draw an additional 4 cards. Say you use two diving draws and a cheren, your essentially Junipering away 4 cards for 7.

Yes hammer's or Tool Scrappers. Maybe to avoid Garbodor's Dust Toxin.
