Pokemon [27]:

4-2 Tangela/Tangrowth CoL
2-2-2 Vileplume UD
2-2 Sunflora UL
2 Shaymin UL
2 Celebi (Prime)
4 Spiritomb AR
1 Uxie
1 Azelf
1 Unown Q

T/S/S [14]:

4 Pokemon Communication
1 VS Seeker
1 Energy Exchanger
3 PONT
3 Bebe's Search
1 Interviewer's Questions
1 Good Rod

Energy [19]:

15 {G}
4 DCE

Strategy: Evolve into Tangrowth early game if you open with Spiritomb and smash with Grind. Load up Energy with Garchomp for some sniping action. Have the trainer locked with Vileplume. It gets ridiculous.

A lot of this deck is random and this is the first deck that I actually want to make competitive. I know, it looks really bad right now, but I'm hoping it'll improve vastly with the Serperior Starter deck. Help please?

Chomp C lvX line can go for a start as you can't Dragon Rush turn-after-Turn, plus this isn't an SP deck or a spread deck. If you could get your hands on 2/3 Broken Time-Space then a T1 Tangrowth is possible (If a deck can achieve a T1 set-up, it gives it a great advantage) You don't really Need Spiritomb as Tangela CoL can provide energy acceleration for itself and starting with Celebi Prime isn't bad either.

-4 Spiritomb AR
-2-2 Garchomp C lvX
-1 Chatot G
-2-2-1 Meganium
-2 SP Radar
-1 Aaron's Collection
-3 {G} Energy
-1 Dual Ball
(-21)

+1 Tangrowth lvX (Provides extra HP and a healing poke-power)
+1 Tangrowth AR (extra HP from lvX + healing + Expert Belt doesn't make it hard to take down stronger pokemon with ease with Swallow doing 120)
+2-2 Sunflora HGSS (searches {G} pokemon)
+1 Shaymin UL (switches energy from 1 Tangy to another)
+1 Shaymin lvX - ground form (If you need your {G} pokemon to have +40 HP)
+3 Pokemon Collector
+2 Bebe's Search
+2 Seeker (Reuse Uxie/Shaymin, clears bench space .etc.)
+1 Twins (if you're behind on prizes then this can get you 2 of any card)
+2 Expert Belt
+1 Palmer's Contribution
+2 Warp Point

So you've now made a majority of your T/S/S line useless as you're practically going to be under trainer lock all game meaning you need to change you T/S/S line-up.

3 Pokemon Collector
4 Bebe's Search
3 PONT
2/3 Professor Oaks Visit
1 Palmer's Contribution or Flower Shop Lady
2 Twins
1 Luxury Ball
1 Pokemon Communication
3 Broken Time-Space

You won't need any more than 3 trainers maximum as the plan is to have Vileplume up for the whole game. The few trainers that are their just incase.

If anything you're going to need to add another Tangrowth and Tangrowth lvX for healing and extra HP. you also need to add a few Warp Energy so that if you come up against Blaziken FB or Luxray GL lvX and they drag Vileplume forward, then you'll have a way to retreat it.
