Latios is going for $14 on TnT right now, which is where I check for cards that haven't been released yet since eBay usually overprices them until the release date. Catchers are about $15 each.

I am currently waiting to resolve a trade with Bo$$_89 involving Dusknoir, and I don't really see anything else
on your list. I could trade a Darkrai Binder for the Growlithe and some store credit though, as I occasionally see
your store set up at Morrisville tournaments. What do you value the binder at, for me it's like 10-15$

Sorry, I'm working out a trade with a Catcher and another with a Dusknoir and I'd rather
not do just skyla and catcher for latios.

Yes, thats me with the vendor booth in Morrisville, I value it about $10-15, and growlithe at 2. I do not know when I will be able to vendor again, I am trying to go to corneilius prerelease this weekend (could bring what you want). Or we can just trade through the mail. All my stuff is posted on my trade thread.
