the trainers are pretty good, some better then others! As for the fakemon very awesome! I really like the one that looks like an eeveelution, the one with a pachirisu tail! very awesome great job!

The map is good for a first, but there are too many ways to leave, the grass is too uniform, you are mixing styles, and you forgot the edges of the river. Also, I would have used a bridge instead of a building to cross the river; I suppose the building works, but try to follow Game Freak's style a bit more. One last thing, never save as jpg.

My opinion:
Your trainers need better shading, some of your fusions are Copy+Paste, the fakemon are Ok.
My recomendations:
Try to shade the trainers, and for fusions look for pokemon that blend together.

On the other hand I liked your maps and I liked a lot this trainer :
