first one: Kinda gives me the xatu, Natu feeling with those eyes. But it looks awesome.

Seriously how do you do this on PAINT! Is it like pixel by pixel, shape by shape made then simply connected. If that is how are the shapes pixel by pixe or do you use a special tool?
