Or, this can be, like MtgeW say: a Train. But, I think is like 'the ticket' for the train. And that the train brings you too: Hoopa/Volcanion/Diancie. Or even maybe the MegaStone`s of Latias and/or Latios

Clearly, that is Noah's Ark. It will be a mystery gift available for download that will activate once you fully complete the National Dex. Arceus will warn you of a great flood that's coming, so you need to catch two of every Pokemon and put them on your boat. Then, once the flood covers the entire Kalos region, you sail far away, ending up at the mysterious new region hinted at by the hiker. Then, the strange souvenir will activate from your bag, acting as a sort of metal detector, bringing you to the location of an ancient temple. When you walk into the temple, the ghost girl will appear and declare that you are the one. She will teleport you all the way to Vermillion City. From there, surf to the old pickup truck and press the A button fifteen times. If you do, then Mew will appear and hand you a copy of Half Life 3.

I am going to need the name, and the description of the item or else it is false. Usually when you hack it you can also access all the information about it, and OP not being able to provide that shows that it may be fake until they provide proof. Also the fact that I have googled for it and I cannot find any other sites or forums reporting about this item shows that's it's probably not real.

It looks like a cracker to me. The image inside of it looks like a jail cell/pendulum hybrid.

Not being able to link to a website for the purposes of discussion is really counter productive. It's blatantly not advertising in this case.
If legit, I guess it's some kind of ticket? Or a stamp? I guess we are due for some event-unlocking items.

To me it looks like a card key, just one that aged alot.
It could be used to open the other doors of the Power Plant and enable you to catch Volcanion.
