    1 Mystery Energy
    2 Fighting Energy
    2 Psychic Energy

Strategy:

Set up two Mienfoos and someone to U-turn into, based on the deck I'm facing (if it's an ability-heavy deck like Aromatisse or Empoleon, use Wobbuffet, for EXs use Sigilyph). Then, use Mienshao's Aero Turn to deal damage, return Mienshao to my hand and lock the opponent. As this is basically a less good Donphan deck, powering up Mienshao follows the same principles (40 + 20 from Strong Energy, 20 from Muscle Band, 20 from Fighting Stadium etc).

I may have overloaded the deck with Korrinas, Evosodas etc but I find that this is useful when setting up, and helps the deck with consistency. As it is absolutely essential that I have a Mienfoo on the field at all times, I feel I need the 4 Korrinas to get at least one out first-turn. 3 Battle Substitutes mean that I can buy a turn (as long as the opponent doesn't have a Lysandre) to allow me to get more Pokemon into play.

The reason I don't run N is because, quite simply, I don't have any. I know that's not good but they're costly and I don't have the money at the moment- same as why I don't have Dowsing Machine or Computer Search. I tried to run Shaunas to make up for it but found I'd rather just use more Korrinas or Pokemon Fan Club. Incidentally I feel one of the deck's biggest weaknesses is N, as an N from my opponent forces me to shuffle any Mienshaos in my hand back into my deck.

I don't run a huge amount of energy which might be a problem (I haven't tested the deck yet) but the point of the deck is to keep Mienshao on the field for my turn only before returning it to my hand with Aero Turn, massively reducing the chance of a Mienshao being knocked out and taking my energy with it. I included a Mystery Energy just to allow for a free retreat on Wobbuffet and Sigilyph, though not Trevenant so I may just drop it for a Psychic Energy.

seems pretty solid and a good deck overall. I would take out all the psychic energies all together and add 1 bangle and 2 vs seekers

I actually tried this deck on PTCGO with a few changes such as adding N, VS seeker and Silver Bangle (thank you jleeturtles). I was suprised by how smoothly it runs and how good it actually is. It's only really bad matchup is Yveltal especially if they run non-EX yveltal wich they likely do. Yveltal resists Fighting and only gives 1 prize, has alot of HP AND Fighting Stadium and Silver Bangle won't deal any more damage to it. It's best matchup I would say is EX heavy decks wich are quiet popular. Sigilyph gives imunity against them and Silver Bangle and Fighting Stadium helps suprisingly much. Mienshao usually 2 hit KOs EXes and they can't even counter it because of Sigilyph. You may want to add 1 more Sigilyph but if your 1 only Sigilyph is prized you can use Robo Substitute to stall for turns until you get Sigilyph out of there. This is my deck list:
x4 Mienfoo (FuF)
x4 Mienshao (FuF)
x2 Phantump (XY)
x2 Trevenant (XY)
x1 Sigilyph (Legendary Treassures)
x1 Wobbufett (PhF)

x4 N
x3 Professor Juniper
x2 Colress
x4 Korrina
x1 Lysandre
x1 Skyla
x1 Pokémon Fan Club

x1 Master Ball ACE SPEC (I don't have dowsing machine wich would be prefered)
x3 Ultra Ball
x3 Evosoda
x2 Muscle Band
x1 Silver Bangle
x2 Float Stone (Would rather have 3 but I only have 2)
x3 Robo Substitute
x2 VS Seeker
x2 Startling Megaphone
x2 Switch
x1 Sacred Ash
x1 Professor's Letter
x2 Fighting Stadium

x3 Strong Energy (Enhanced Hammer Paranoid)
x2 Fighting Energy

Yeah that's that.

I haven't tried adding Robo Substitute to any of my current Mienshao decks, so I'll have to try give it a shot. However, I can't imagine playing this type of deck without at least one focus sash. Not sure what to suggest taking out, but I think it's worth making some space. It REALLY helps it if you're somehow stuck for a turn without anything but a mienfoo to swap in for an aero-kicking mienshao.

Once Mienshao is set up, its biggest enemy is N. I've been playing around with a Mienshao/Stoutland deck.

This deck actually works suprisingly well without focus sash. My Mienfoo almost never gets knocked out and when they do focus sash wouldn't save me. I used to run 3 but replaced them for robo subs and let me tell you robo sub is AMAZING in this deck and probably every other hit and run type of deck. I also thought Stoutland would be a good match BUT:
1 It's a Stage 2 (Takes up much space + rare candies)
2 It's weak to fighting.
Also N hasn't really been a big trouble to me compared to non-EX yveltal.

Also I wanted to say that this deck is kinda equal to Donphan. Donphan does have more HP but Mienshao ''heals'' itself when it jumps back to the hand.

Mienshao is no where near as good as Donphan. You pick it up and put it back into your hand, so it requires you to always have at least double Benched Mienshao, and even then if you're opponent can Catcher your other Mienshao / Mienfoo you loose a turn of attacking. And of course if your opponent plays N, it's not a guarantee you'll get what you need to be able to attack next turn. Donphan is more consistent because you don't have to worry about any of that. Donphan outclasses Mienshao is every way, so the only reason to even play Mienshao is if you don't have access to Donphan.

Yep, exactly why I used Mienshao in the first place.

I tested this deck out a few times the other day, and while it's fun when it works, N ruins it and the fact that you need 2 Mienfoo on the field at any one point means you have to expend resources that you could've been using to get Phantumps/Trevenants/Muscle Bands etc. Maybe maxing out the Battle Substitutes would be a better option, as it's useful to be able to just take a free hit.
