Do I need to put "formally shampoo-thief" if its just capitalization and minus a "-" change?

Its not stated in the rules but if you have changed your name and you are joined in a tournament on the forums, please post in the respected thread (or pm the tournament host) to prevent some confusion that will occur.

It means if DragoXx changed their name to Drago Neo, then someone else can't change their name to DracoXx just because he switched.

Or, since De changed his username no one can switch to his old one since it's unused.

Something like that.
